Commemoration Ceremony

LGBTIQ+ people have been marginalized for centuries and are often still a victim to social hate and crimes. Today, we want to take a moment to honor those people who weren’t as fortunate as we are and show them our respect for the path that they freed for us.

This year would have been the 5th year in a row that we organize this ceremony at the national Monument of Resistance in Esch. We chose to respect the wishes of social distancing and health safety measures, but also to continue this tradition to honor victims of -phobic crimes. Therefore, we’ll stream our ceremony online so you can pay your respects from a safe distance.
